I am the admin/owner of an enterprise account with 100+ lines. While I normally use the mybusiness portal. I realized I used to have a myverizon portal for my individual number. When I attempt to set up a myverizon account for my number, I get a message that says I've encountered an error and the account cannot be set up at this time. I've seen this repeated over the last week. Calls to verizon have either messed up mybusiness portal signin or most recently told me that business customers cannot have a myverizon portal signin since that is for consumers. Hard to believe since I've got users on my account that I know have myverizon accounts.

Does anyone know the true answer? Do they not allow business lines to have a myverizon account any more?
