    Data options for LTE Smartwatchs

I'm trying to look at options for LTE Smartwatches and right now I've only found Verizon postpaid, AT&T Postpaid and T-Mobile postpaid but require you to have a phone on the account... Are there any other options? Preferably without phone requirement? I'm wanting to get my smartphone with one carrier and smartwatch with a different carrier because I travel alot and having multiple carriers would be nice.. what can you reccomend?

close to having a smartwatch without having a phone requirement is to get a smartwatch like Apple Watch Series 3, Series 4 and Samsung's Galaxy Watch that have WIFI connection.

I won't have any wifi connection and will sometimes be able to bluetooth but not always that's why I'm considering LTE... I'm getting the gear s3 frontier LTE

All the watches that I know and have LTE use eSIM.
Verizon charges $10/month to add a watch to the account as "NumberShare" or $20 to be on it's own line:

PS: My provider does not support eSIM or adding a watch in any way. My watch is Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE (66F2).

But will Verizon allow it to work without any cellphone on the account? That's what I want... I don't need two devices on the same network when traveling

    Looks like you can.

Anyway, you posted this in MVNO section, they won't allow watches.

Ok so nobody allows a smartwatch to be used on the LTE network without any phone on the account? That's stupid...

I had chated with a Verizon rep on that page and he said that that plan that I have linked above can be had stand-alone too.
I told him I am not a VZW customer and I want that plan that includes 1GB of data, and that's $10/mo with auto pay ($ 15/mo without), and he said it's possible for my Samsung Galaxy Watch. Not available for Apple watches.

I didn't go further to actually buy that plan, but now that they made this option available... I am tempted.

LE: He was wrong, I have talked with another rep and she said I need a phone plan first.
