    TracFone (Straight Talk) settled a consumer-level lawsuit over a similar complaint back in 2015, and many people (including me) got a couple checks for it.

    Now, can the FCC/FTC go after the deprioritization vagueness too? That I feel needs addressing in clear, quantifiable terms.
