Visible 'Party Pay' Plan - 4 Users w/Separate Bills $25/mo

    https://www.visible.com/party-pay

4 Separate accounts with 4 separate bills each billed directly to the separate users lowers each bill to $25 when linked through the Visible 'party pay'.

It should be pretty easy to find 3 other people to lower your bill these days. If someone drops out just grab another user somewhere.

It does, same as the $40 plan too so unlimited talk, text and data (they've stopped throttling also so its full speed), unlimited hotspot and taxes and fees included to boot.

It sounds like a very good deal. Likely reduces churn for them so it's a win-win.

not bad, what IS bad however, is their BYOD list is pretty paltry and eliminates everyone I know with a VZ phone

This sounds just like Sprint's Framily plan that existed years ago. The issue comes when the people linked to you cancel or don't pay the bill then your bill goes up. It's still nice to see some kind of multi-line discount, especially on a service that's already a good value.

I think most would use as a family-type plan and manage all the accounts themselves, but yeah, you'd need reliable people.

Visible about to blow all prepaids out of the water with the new group plans. So easy, since Visible sponsors the groups.

With their coverage and unlimited service, including hot spot, soon enrollment will see an unbelievable spike.

Limited phone compatibility is the only drawback.

Just go on reddit Visible Party plan page. If you are already with Visible, all it takes is about 2 clicks to join a group. Virtually nothing else to to besides clicking a group link on reddit, then clicking the join link at Visible.

Almost shocking how easy it is. https://www.reddit.com/r/VisiblePartyPay/

ps: If you are not already with Visible, there "may" be a referral link in one of the first posts in the link above giving you a $20 first month payment. Then you would join a group for the $25/mo payments resuming. You might or might not actually be able to get the 1st month referral discount. Won't hurt to try though.

The 2 most attractive parts to me:

"No managing someone else’s phone service, everyone in the party has their own Visible account"
Nobody else has control of your number.

    and

    "As low as $35/line, $30/line, or even $25/line a month for parties of 2, 3 or 4"
So if 1 person drops out it doesn't jack up to the full $40.

    Red Pocket (AT&T) $184.50yr UTnT 1GB exp 02.19.20
    T-Mo Gold Rewards $10yr exp 01.16.20
    Tello x2 (Sprint) $5 1-use/3mo no exp by 10.05.19

No. For a group of 4, if 1 member drops, your next payment due will be $30, UNLESS a replacement member is added.

    Group of 2: $35 each/mo
    3: $30
    4: $25

You always have until your next pay date to add member(s). Incredibly easy to add members.

Thanks! I’m already with visible and been with them a while. I’ll check out the reddit group.

To my understanding from researching in the subreddit: they utilize a slightly different version of the VoLTE setup than Verizon-direct or other MVNOs (maybe a test bed for Verizon's VoLTE changes or upgrades?) and requires specific firmware installed. That is one possible reason why their VoLTE goes down at various times while Verizon and other MVNOs systems stay up and running (even on CDMA-less devices).
I have read of people getting "other" Android devices working via the SIM swap method, but issues seem to pop up more doing so and neither the billing system nor support will do much about it.

I may try them for a month when my new VZW Prepaid account's billing date draws near. I already received a referral code from another user on Reddit.
