    Sprint Customer "Service"

    9/21--offered trade-in of iPHone 8 for iPhone 11 for 18 month lease at 29.17 per month with a credit of $29.17 per month
    9/22--Sprint shipped phone
    9/23--received. Phone could not be activated . My daughter took to Sprint store and learned that it was a PREPAID Phone and that was the reason it could not be activated.
    9/29 arranged to be sent a replacement phone
    9/30--Sprint shipped another phone
    10/1--phone could not be delivered. UPS said it was because Sprint input the apt number twice. UPS said they would deliver 10/2.
    10/2--UPS did not deliver because Sprint cancelled the delivery. Called again. Said my daughter could go to the Sprint store to do the trade it.
    10/3--Sprint store could not do the trade-in and could

    I guess there is no longer a Retention Desk or a Loyalty Desk.

    I have probably spent 5-8 hours on the phone with Sprint. It is a nightmare to explain their foul ups again and again and again.

    I am fast concluding that Sprint is incompetent and/or wants to get rid of our 4-line account. All phones are out of contract.

    Any recommendations?

    Just on the narrow point of reaching Retentions, you can call them directly at 844-382-3317.
    Maybe they can help if you have found yourself dealing with other departments up to now.

    Switch to any carrier other than Sprint or any Sprint MVNO.
