    The cap is Sprint's doing, not AT&T, but reflective of the price that AT&T is charging Sprint, since there is no cap on USCC, C-Spire, and others.

    Sprint I feel bad for them. And where are they going to do with all the dead spots that the roaming agreements don't cover?
