Where to buy an unused T-Mobile SIM

My son lost his Teltik SIM card while traveling in Europe.
Teltik asks $10 to send a new one, but they also say that any *real* T-Mobile SIM card can be used.
I'm wondering if any of you guys know good places to buy a *real* T-Mobile SIM, deals etc...
Thanks a lot for any help!

Costco cellular kiosks have SIM cards that they frequently will just give out if you ask nicely. I recently got one that way.

If you are close to any Apple Retail store, they are happy to give them to you at no charge.

    Thanks for the suggestions guys!!!
I tried Costco, but no luck... Going online was my first try. In any case, this is a bit silly for just $10, but I'm always amazed they charge so much for tiny piece of technology which must cost less than .1 cent to make...
    Again, thanks a bunch!
