They claim no caps... But I'll find out by hitting them. I have Spectrum 120/12 with no issues... But for a free month I can try.

Just got mine with so far with minimal testing so far T-Mobile better downloads than Verizon but the upload is worse which is weird. Still a lot of more testing to do.

I only ordered one but they sent me two so I gave one to my sister.

I'm getting 70 Mbps DL / 20 UL at home so no surprises here. I'm not clear on T-Mobile's domestic roaming policy with data-only devices however so I'm curious.....

70? Dang so far lucky to occasionally get 10 Mbps. Anyway anyone know if this thing has a 5 GHz wi-fi option as it implies in the instructions. I'm only getting the 2.4 GHz SSID to show

My highest is 72 down and 30 up. T-Mobile has better upload here sometimes but download really suffers, usually 30 mbps max- may be the hotspot. Kinda want to try T-Mobile on a phone to see if its any better.

Not sure why I bother.... spent 45 minutes in tmobile store. Three phone calls to test drive. Worked one day now it won't get past opening screen. Latestest from test drive support is sim card number is wrong.

Can I assume their service is not always this bad?

Ordered 1, got 2... fairly confident I bricked one... other is showing me coverage is more than adequate where I range, but speeds are slower than AT&T.

After you fill out the request do you hear anything from TMO or does it just appear in your mailbox.?

I requested one and other than the request accepted have heard nothing.

You should get an email that confirms your order. Then another one that says your device shipped with the tracking # on it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did get an email verifying my email address and saying request was successful. I guess the “sent” email will come later. It has been about five days.

It's with deep regret that I inform everyone that my Coolpad mobile hotspot passed away last night after I tried to rename the 5 GHz network.

Reset button is unresponsive. Totally charged but no lights.

I'm going to return it and call it a day.
