so you would always need to renew the day before 11:59pm at the latest
    Mine was always 9pm.
I'm in the Eastern time zone.

Were you guys able to refill using credit card? My legacy prepaid is due for its annual renewal and when I click "Refill Account" and "Use a credit card", it just take me to manage CC page with no option to pay.

I used a refill PIN obtained from callingmart.com, so I did not encounter attempting to purchase directly from T-Mo.

I was able to pay with a credit card(canadian at that). I am finding the website varies with my different but all legacy accounts. Now indicating that to switch plans a call to customer service is required. What a limited site for prepaid compared to previous. Seems like they will attempt to upsell and unmention some options that the 'un' used to brag about!!!

Callingmart -- $11 w/ fee but sometimes they have promo codes

Pinzoo -- cart shows $10 but not sure if they add fees during checkout

eBay -- as long as its a high feedback seller

T-Mobile probably wants you to store the CC info with them first, and then you can use it to order. I always use CallingMart and pay via PayPal.

    I always use CallingMart.
Last time I checked it was a one dollar fee.
    No tax or other fees.
It's worth it for me because I don't have to chase down a card in a store and they send it directly to my phone/account.

Since I'm only doing it once a year the one dollar fee isn't going to kill me.

pinzoo is weird. if I pay via paypal they have to send via postal mail a confirmation? 2-3 days before they refill but if I pay with credit card; they can submit my number without waiting but then tells me tmobile responds that the number is invalid. Pinzoo is unable to provide a pin for me try and has to cancel order? Ended up just refilling with callingmart as they provide pin.

Because there is an extra day in February 2020, after I refilled on 7/13/19, my expiration date became 7/11/20. But both are Saturdays.

The website now shows Jul 12, 2020 (instead of 7/11/20 11 p.m. [Mountain]).

So I think you want to refill before, not on, the date shown on the new website.
For another phone: I put $10 on a $10-$150 ("Use for all T-Mobile Prepaid Plans") card from a Kroger store during their 4x fuel points GC sale. The cost was $10.14 due to local tax.

The PIN was 9 digits. The website was not working right to actually add the $10 balance. I had to call 611 to add the $10 balance.

The new website previously showed Dec 20, 2019 (the old website showed 12/19/2019 after I refilled on 12/20/2018, so the old website only added 364 days). Today is 12/19/2019. After adding the $10 balance the website showed Dec 18, 2020.

So the new website correctly added 365 days to today 12/19/2019.

My guess is that the date shown on the new website is now the last day to add balance, but I plan to add another $10 on 12/17/2020 (another Thursday).
