Do you have the GV app installed on your phone, in addition to the Hangouts app? Is the GV account associated with your Obihai set up in the GV app, and is that what's ringing on your phone?

    Thanks for your response.

Is the GV account associated with your Obihai set up in the GV app ==> NO ONLY my smartphone GV # is setup. My real cell # is linked to this account.

I have another issue now. I asked GV to port my land number to use with OBIhai. The porting was complete today.

I find OBIhai is ringing for old OBI # as well as newly ported my landline # for incoming call.

How is it allowing for same hand set/OBI box to operate on two different numbers ?

    Thanks for your guidance.
