Wow, this is probably the perfect plan to finally replace my Cricket 5gb plan. Hotspot and rollover are included in this new plan. It's really starting to look like At&t wants it's customers on At&t Prepaid instead of Cricket. Gotta be a reason.

Wow that was an unexpected plan offering. How can existing customers get that 25 plan? I currently have the 16 bonus data plan but for 25 a month with a 300 prepaid it’s kinda hard to pass it up. I would hate to port out and have to port back in to get it

I switched 2 month ago to ATT prepaid from Cricket. I have 16gb per line on the family plan and the cost is $28 per line. $3 more for double the fast speed data and no need to prepay for a year!

Unlike the 25gb At&t Walmart Plan, I'm assuming we can get this plan with a port in directly from Cricket?????

This is a good amount of service for the price, but you do have to pay the $300 up front. To me, this is a one year contract, and prepaid at that.

Good point there. Just that since I have the 16 gig plan it’s like up in air if I want the 25 a month plan or keep what I have. I’m trying to find ways to keep my plan but lower the amount in the 20s range

I never use 8gb but what if I do. Can you buy more if you need? It has rollover though which is cool. $300 plus tax/sim.

WMT plan is cost of phone $50 first and then 40 going forward but $25gb is essentially unlimited, so $490 for the first year plus taxes until you start using refills - which leads to another point, Target usually has sales plus redcard discount plus no tax so the difference between the Walmart and the $300 becomes even smaller

I see this as a way to try to stop people from chasing the latest specials. I took my primary line to Verizon Prepaid for the 15GB plan since I couldn't signup for the 16GB plan as an existing customer. If I switched back, and wanted to move away in a few months, I would feel trapped. Though if waited 8-10 months I would have still saved overall.
iPhone X is my current primary phone. I have older model iPhones and Moto phones available on other lines. Currently prepaid, though would consider postpaid on right plan.

Anyone know cost per gig if you use up the 8 and need to add more 4g?

I know on VZW Prepaid its $10 per gb or $20 for 3gb and good for 90 days , so not sure if that would get spread across 3 months

If you don't mind being locked in and won't need more than 8gb, this is a great deal. I love the walmart deal with 25gb per month at $28 per line, so this is not for me.

This is paid fully upfront with no refunds, so keep that in mind. And after 1 year hard to say what plans will be available then. My walmart deal in theory can keep on going forever so long as I make no plan changes.

    according to website:

    $50 monthly plan - 1GB for $10 or 3GB for $20
    $35 monthly plan – 1GB for $10
    $30 monthly plan – 250MB for $5
    $2 daily plan – 100MB for $1

Monthly plan data Add-Ons are good for 30 days. Daily plans data Add-On are good for 24 hours.

Is this AT&T or an AT&T MVNO?

It is near the top of this ATT Prepaid forum about the 25GB plan.

I assume sprintleaver is getting it for $28/line by being in a group with discount. Possibly including discounted PINs.

15-16GB has been enough for me (currently on Verizon Prepaid since as an existing customer at the time, I didn't qualify for the newer ATT deals). So the extra effort for this 25GB plan wasn't worth the hoops to jump through.

It’s ATT prepaid. I moved 4 lines into it for $120 on autopay. I was on Cricket but the hot spot and un-throttled data were two biggest reasons I switched.
