    Same here. Had to purchase a single card at full price. Can't complain though. I should have bought the cards during the previous promotion.

    Another Week, Another Target Airtime Deal

    I decided to buy some of these to extend my AT&T Prepaid $300 per year plan.

    I was able to successfully buy three different $50 purchases at $45, but the fourth one was returned:

    Your order has been canceled.

    It gives several possible reasons:

    What went wrong?

    It’s possible our system automatically canceled for one of the following reasons:

    Purchase limit exceeded

    We’ve applied purchase limits to ensure as many families as possible have access to essentials and other high-demand items.

    Payment issue

    Our system was unable to verify the payment method used was secure.

    Activity not supported on Target.com

    Our system flagged the order due to activity not allowed on the site.

    So, I suspect that three is the limit.

    (Perhaps it is three per day?)


    I don't see anything in the Terms & Conditions about a limit.

    I just tried to buy a 3rd Verizon $50 card today and got the same message. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.

    I can buy, or try to buy, two or three tomorrow.

    I could, also, try to buy them in store, but I am not inclined to try that, yet. I assume if I bought them for cash, two or three at a time, all would be fine.

    No personal experience, but I've always assumed in-store purchase would incur sales tax charges?

    Your order has been canceled

    We wanted to let you know that order #1077179xxxxxx was canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience. You haven't been charged for any items.

    What went wrong?

    UPDATE:

    I waited more than 24 hours from my order yesterday and was able to order two more. The third one was cancelled.

    I have tried ordering more cards today, but each time my order was canceled.

    Does anybody know if I can simply buy them in store for cash?

    Or, for that matter, can I use my card in store or is it flagged systemwide?

    Wow! That's discouraging, Jim1348!

    So, you were able to order 3 the first day, and then 2 the next day, but now you can't purchase another one? Did you wait more than 24 hours since your previous successful purchase?

    Have you tried to contact support? Do you have another credit card that you could try?

    Unfortunately, I'm not sure about purchasing in store.
