    what software is the "tool launcher" for this device ?

    In that case, there is no support options by the manufacturer or the carrier. The OP will need to research online instead and clearly this site is not likely not the best option finding help for ancient phones.

    The OP might try XDA-Developers internet site instead.

    XDA deals only with Android smartphones, not old feature phones. OP's best bet would be to find a local phone repair shop, which may still have the tools to retrieve data from these old phones.
