    I do not see it.

You have to be intelligent about it and use or do not use VoLTE and Wifi Calling as works out best for your area and your phone.

To try to generalize without specifying what phone you have and what area you are in and whether you are using Wifi Calling and VoLTE becomes semi-meaningless.

If you are in an area with broad good Sprint coverage, these things should not be happening and may indicate a problem with your phone. If you ere in a weak/marginal area, they could happen although I am still a little suspicions of the phone still. Especially, I do not know why you would be missing texts.

I had some dropped calls. I shut off WiFi calling and no more dropped calls.

I've never had a issue. Their CDMA and VOLTE work great

As others have mentioned, the only problems I have are when on a call while on Wi-Fi and then leave the area and shift to the LTE network. The call will often drop then. Otherwise, no issues that I recall.

I have found Sprint to be by far the most reliable carrier for voice calls when I am on CDMA. I don't remember a single dropped call on Sprint. With every single other carrier I have had many dropped calls. Especially GSM carriers like T-Mobile and ATT. Lots and lots of dropped calls.

Having said that, my experience of VoLTE on Sprint has been pretty dismal. I tried it and had to turn it off. I actually had to turn it off on ATT because of reliability issues.

Occasional dopped calls and delayed text messages, especially MMS, are normal on Sprint in strong coverage.

No they are not normal in strong coverage areas overall.

Maybe in your area with your tower(s) with your local network with your phones it could be normal.

No issues in my area. I remember several years back when the area was 3G only we had this problem more but the coverage was thinner. Now that the area is VoLTE and has B26 800mhz this problem is much less or nonexistent.

Only trouble might be with websites that send a text to authenticate you these can be delayed, but I think that is with any carrier.

My family and I have used Sprint, Boost and Virgin for most of the last decade across the country. Dropped calls and delayed texts are not uncommon. For me the low price justifies network issues but I would not run a business using Sprint service.
I have no experience with VOLTE on Sprint. Perhaps that is better. Calling Plus and HPUE equipped phones still have these sporadic network issues.
