    Because MacOS is not supported by this device. Use a computer running Windows. USB drivers are still available.

    what does that driver do ? does it enable bluetooth compatability for mac computers ?

    Read my post again. You need Windows computer to connect this phone via USB cable and browse files. And for that you need a USB driver. This phone is too old and doesn't support browsing over Bluetooth. Is that clear now?
