Good2Go [ATT backbone] no taxes $10 UTT No Data w/autopay. Good2Go experiences?

Good2Go [ATT backbone] no taxes $10 UTT No Data w/autopay. Around since 2015 100k lines in service.

Just called & verified no taxes.

In the middle of 360 day RP GSMA for a senior that just uses Minutes. Only an ATT MVNO will work for them.

If the playing field for ATT cellular MVNOs doesn't produce lower UTT I'm leaning towards Good2Go.

    What are Hofo'ers Good2Go experiences?

Actually the $15 plan with 1gb is way better.

Tello is a little cheaper for UT&T but uses Sprint's native service. Funny thing is that I have to use Tello/Sprint for my Father's line cuz he can't pull an At&t signal at his assisted living facility. My Cricket line is pretty much useless in his building but Sprint is fine.

As stated in OP no data needed so I'd just be throwing away $5 a month. And ATT is the only fit here.

    Anybody have experience with Good2Go?

FreeUp has UTT + 200MB 4G LTE Data for $10 AT&T backbone, cellular voice. Don't know if taxes/fees are included.
Unlimited Text & Calling to US, Mexico & Canada

    https://www.freeupmobile.com/shop/plans-and-features

I'm on their legacy free plan 500 min or text+100MB data. Pretty happy with them so far for the half year I have been using them. They seem to have decent customer support from others interactions with them. Never had to contact them myself. You, yourself seems to have contacted them and they replied with a "quick & comprehensive response".

There's a pretty long thread here about FreeUp's free plan which has experienced a few changes the last months.

Only downside is no VoLTE or WiFi calling support, yet.

Two things about FreeUp that lowers them in my fluid ranking is they're only from 2018, 20k lines & they charge taxes/fees afaik.

While Good2Go is from 2015, 100k lines, free SIM card with order & they don't charge tax.

But again the important question is do any Hofo'ers have experience with Good2Go?

This is a great deal for somebody like my sister-in-law who only talks (no texting or data) and uses a dumbphone. Right now she's on the H2O paygo plan, but if she consistently goes over 200 minutes a month I will definitely switch her to Good2Go. The only drawback is that I can only get a SIM card with a plan rather than having an unactivated SIM card on hand that I can activate when I want to.
My smartphone is a lot smarter than I am.

Good2Go [ATT backbone] no taxes $10 UTT No Data w/autopay. Good2Go experiences?

Does anyone know if Good2Go is unofficially supporting MMS on iPhones now? Their FAQ still says they’re working on it but they also are selling iPhones on their website now which used to serve as the benchmark for official iPhone support on a AT&T MVNO. It would be nice to hear from someone actually using an iPhone on Good2Go to verify if MMS is working.

    Zapjb,

You may already know this, but if you are willing to buy a year of service, there are places with less expensive service.

An AT&T MVNO offering UT&T for $10/mo is pretty amazing, and as zapjb pointed out above, Good2Go doesn't even collect taxes/fees on top of the $10/mo!

Jim1348, I'd also be interested to know what other AT&T MVNO(s) offer UT&T for less than $10/mo with annual payment.

Zapjb, if the user would ever want to receive picture messages, which usually requires data as I understand it, https://www.freeupmobile.com/shop/plans-and-features offers UT&T&200MB for $10/mo. I don't know offhand if that's $10/mo total, or if taxes/fees are added.

I'm on my 2nd month with Good2go mobile. Autopay on the $20 plan, unlimited talk and text, 3gigs of data. The autopay amount is $21.45. Porting my number from straight talk took less then an hour. Customer service is good, happy with them so far.

No taxes? What's the extra $1.45 for?
