Phone Collector
Anyone else on this plan? I just got mine activated Friday. Using my old iPhone 6 (for whatever reason, Sprint said my 4 other unlocked phones weren't eligible). I've been running around backroads where I know coverage is weak (non existent on TM
) and had service the entire time. Data speeds are just enough to use maps, watch video, etc. Basically 12-20mbps down. Better than Xfinity Mobile which I'm about to drop because it has become worthless. Figure it's worth a try at $25 and no contract. If it doesn't work out for me then I'll stay with US Cellular.

We have 1 line on the current plan and 3 grandfathered on the same plan from last year. Works fine. I don't think paying more would improve the service any. I'm waiting for fall because our service significantly improves once the leaves fall off but it's very useable and unlimited everything for that price is awesome.

Do you know if the extended network coverage works with this plan? I'm in NH and I believe Sprint uses us Cellular for extended coverage.

Well, since you are making pointless "corrections", there is no such thing as "KickStarter" (except in the context of fund-raising).
The name of the Sprint plan is Kickstart.

I signed up for the Kickstart plan last week and I have to say I’m pretty impressed with the service. I’m in the Chicago suburbs and work downtown in Chicago and I’ve had no issues thus far. Not bad for $25 a month. Hotspot isn’t an issue for me since I have a Verizon work phone that has the ability to hotspot when needed.

It shows. Over the weekend I pulled download speeds over 300mbps. Upload speeds still lagging but I don’t even pull these speeds with Verizon.

They have definitely upped their game. The one area that is weak in my estimation is the call quality. I definitely
notice a difference having come over from AT&T. Kinda has a tinny sound. I’m on an iPhone 8 Plus.

You must not have VoLTE yet in your area. It is on in most of the country. In the case of iPhones, it works on iPhone 8 and up.
