First, I've used forwarding for years, so I'm familiar with the process. I used it virtually daily until earlier this year, stopping because I stopped needing it any more. But some few months ago I tried and got a Sim card or network issue error message both with the phone based method and the gsm feature code method I've used for years, and it occurs with multiple branded new handsets. I am aware that Att and apparently cricket's cs can program a forward. The problem is when they do it, instead of forwarding to a designated number, all calls go directly to my VM, until the forward is removed. So I'm assuming it's a switch issue. So while I'm suffering a poor reception issue, I'm currently unable to forward to an operating number and cricket tech support appears to be at least trying, but I first came them last Sunday.

In the nearly 5 years I've used cricket, this is my first major issue and I never thought I'd say, thankfully I've got a metro backup.

Do you get acceptable service even with the low signal.

Apparently cricket does have contact with att technical support, as my assortment of issues appear to have improved. It took over a week, maybe due to them trying to cs not using my alternate contact number. Moral, keep trying, I guess.
