Meizu Note 8 on Freedom?

I found this on Aliexpress. The frequencies listed as follows:
4G:FDD-LTE:
B1:2000/B2:1900/B3:1800/ B4:1700
B5:850 /B7:2600/B8:900/B20:800;
TD-LTE: B40
3G: WCDMA:
B1:2000/B2:1900/B4:1700/B5:850/B8:900;
CDMA: BC0
2G: GSM B2:1900/B3:1800/B5:850/B8:900

Looks like 1700mhz (B4) is there. Is that enough to work on Freedom? Thanks.

Also Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 - has B4 for 3G and B4/B7 LTE bands. Will it work on Freedom? Any personal experience, please?

I am currently using Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 on Freedom and did not have problems in area I live and work.
What is the benefit of having band 66? Rural areas?

According to Freedom Mobile, devices with b66 have the best LTE experience on its network.
