    Data quit working randomly

    I’m using the iPhone XR on Straight talk with the BYOP SIM. Randomly one day the data quit working. It doesn’t show any LTE or data logo next to the signal bars. I know for sure it’s not the phone because I tried the SIM in a different phone and the data didn’t work in that phone either. Any ideas on what could cause this issue?

    are you able to make/receive calls ?? what plan do you have.

    Yes I am able to make and receive calls. I have the $55 Ultimate Unlimited Plan

    I don't have or used iPhones, but from what you are saying, you need to get an updated carrier file. If that is not the case and if you have been using you phone as a hotspot options, they may have disabled your data.

    What cell towers are you using tho? That might help.

    I just ordered a new SIM card from Straight Talk, I’ll transfer my service from the old SIM to the new SIM and will see if that fixes the issues
