How To Drop Down to 35/mo Plan From 45/mo plan

I currently have a Galaxy J7 Sky Pro that I'm using the ST 45/mo plan on...I don't really need everything that plan offers an can easily go with the ST 35/mo plan...any tips and or caveats to doing this? I'm on Auto-Pay thru my credit card if that matters...TIA!

You should be able to change your monthly plan online at Straighttalk.com. You could also call customer service, but I personally feel more comfortable making the change online.

If your phone is a smart phone it won't use the lower card. I try finding it for my dad flip phone had to go online not in the stores I went too. Clerk said ( if he is right, who knows ) they are fazing it out.

What flip phone is he using? If it is a Verizon based and only has CDMA only, he will need to upgrade sometime this year because starting next year Verizon is dropping their CDMA network.

Plus I have seen the $30 card still in a number of my local Walmarts. Plus the MyFlip can use any of the cards from what I remember seeing on the packaging.
