    499 minutes disappeared

My voice balance just went to zero for no reason. Data and texts were ok.

I'd be more upset if I made phone calls with this phone. Still, rather disturbing.

Hmm... a second line has minutes gone to zero. And two other lines are not reporting a balance. All are AT&T lines. Verizon lines seem ok.

    Anyone else seeing this?

I just checked my LG Q6 on TF/AT&T by dialing *777*1# and got the correct balances: around 6700 talk, 7200 texts, and 10,200 MB.

Okay, I tried *777*1# and it says I have 497 minutes. (I made a couple of successful calls.) So, the app is just screwed up?

Yes, looks like the app screwed up, showed a red zero for my talk bucket. I tried fastactportal and got the OOPS error.

Sounds like the talk balance in TF system is screwed up, but OK in AT&T's system.

I just saw this and came here to see if everyone else was getting the same error. I had 479 talk before the app said it was zero. I started freaking out, but I'm glad it looks to be an error.

Does anyone know what's going on?

In the website, my VZW line balance looks ok, however one at&t line shows zero minutes and the other one shows nothing!! Blanks for text and minutes, the Data column doesn't even show up, screwing the indentation.

On your AT&T phone, dial *777*1#. That will get the balance info from AT&T's system. If it looks good, the balance info in TF system is messed up.

Yup, 8k talk just went poof. *777*1# shows correct balance. Both my TF Verizon and TF T-Mobile sims show correct balance.

Thanks, One is my kid's phone. I'll do so as soon as she is back from school.

I tried the fastactportal, in one I got the Opps! error but for the other one, curiously it shows the correct balance for data and texts, however it says she has 43500 minutes!! That's probably how "zero" gets interpreted there or some type of negative number messing the output. Who knows.

texting 'balance' to 611611 is yet another way to check, for any network.
