Phone display was dim and eventually gone completely dark

yesterday one of my mobile phones got wet mistakenly. I dry it and after like one hour the display begins to blink. Then eventually it went completely dark. I tried to restart it. it restarted but no display. just restarting without a display. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    it's a Greentel phone.

how did you dry the phone ?? the phone could still have moisture inside. cover the phone in a bowl of dry rice and let it sit for a couple of days and see if that helps

One hour is not enough for water to dry where it got inside.

Take a cup of rice and bake it at 250F for an hour and let it cool in a sealed plastic bag or container. Take the phone back cover off and remove the battery if you can. Put the phone in the bag/container with the rice and leave it there for a day then try it.
