    $20 smartphone card?

When did this $20 smartphone card come out? Or I'm just not paying attention to the options.

    It gives 30 days + 1GB + 300 m + 1000 texts

This is almost reasonable for me if I actually used my phone to make calls.

I wanted to get a $15 card + 1GB bonus with a promo code, but that code must be one-time only.

    I want 30 days + 1GB + 100m + 100 texts for $15. Or just the 365day add-on to come back. Then I can just buy everything a la carte.

The 1yr addon appears to be limited to TF branded devices now.

That $20 card had been there for quite a while. It's not offered anywhere else but the TF site.

Correct. at least more than 2 years ago (I have a record of it from March 2017) or probably since when the cards for smartphone plans came out earlier. It must also be available for BYOD as I can see it offered to me for my non-TF branded phones.

There are no promo codes for that card.
Nor do I remember there ever being any.

The cards without auto-refill seem to not have promo codes. $20, $45, $50.

If you can do roll over or have something left over at the end of the month it may be a good deal for you. Otherwise Net 10 is a better deal at $20 month for unlimited data / talk text (unlimited at 2g after 1gb)

If you still get triple in every bucket for the paygo plans, then you can get the 400-minute 1-year card, which will give you enough minutes and texts for the year, then purchase extra data as needed. For your usage, you'll average about $17.50/month.
