Thumbs down FreedomPop further cut service, no support via Facebook, no call to Chinese mobile #s

FreedomPop continues to reduce service! I found out they have stopped providing support via Facebook that used to be one of easiest and fastest ways to get support. Because of this, I think they have completely cut support via third party social media platform such as Twitter as well. If you post anything via third party social media they used to support, they will simply tell you go to their peer-to-peer support forum which is heavily censored and normally do not get any official response. As a result, issue with their service normally cannot get fixed any time soon if it ever get fix.

Secondly, from https://forums.freedompop.com/us/dis...-at-this-time? It appears FreedomPop has stopped allowing calls to mobile phone numbers in China without annoncing it.

Put your time, energy, and money into a different service if theirs no longer suits you. Whatever complaints you have about FreedomPop's service now, history indicates that in the future, it will be worse.

I fully agree with you, just want to warn people still considering buying their service especially those prepay annual plans.
