New cricket app and face ID login

Has anyone looked at cricket new app? I logged in today with face id and just see new layout with dial telling you how much data you use and such. I like the face id login so no more typing, app getting better i hope. At least service is still very good to great, everything works as expected. Just my 2 cents.

    FaceID is a welcome addition.

This is great news! About time...I would rarely use the app because the login credentials would always reset - so annoying.

Definitely helpful face id, just like using apple pay or other face id apps, so far so good.

Nice to see you can skip the password using an alternate. But since I have two separate group accounts I'm stuck with passwords it seems.

You can try if face id works in your case, it just using your face through camera instead of typing password to log in. the new app will ask you to set up face id after logging in through password. Keep us updated what is the result for group accounts.

His problem is he logs in to 2 different groups. He can't set face id for both.

I've been enjoying the app updates since it feels better than some of the AT&T ones now and I hope they keep up with the little improvements. One gripe I've seen has been that on iOS at least, the icon has weird darker artifacts around the corner edges...does anyone else see this? It's in a folder on my iPhone 8 and noticeable when you look closely, but also appears on iPads.

I don't have an Apple product and I don't have an Android that has face ID but I'm really enjoying the fingerprint sensor ability in the app.

Finger print is good but once you use face id, you never want to go back to finger print again, face id is way faster and a lot more accurate than finger id, based on my experience and majority of users. It is very convenient and perfect paying your bills at checkout points with face id. No game, fast and accurate. My 2 cents.
