really because when I check who called me I see calls labeled as SPAM I never seen. So obviously they are blocked

very interesting... i do see that setting... i wonder if its new-ish... the past few weeks i have not seen any suspected spam calls ring but months past they definitely did... now i just get a whole lot of spam calls from spoofed numbers that have no warning label and my phone does ring. some times a dozen a day or more

A dozen or more a day? Yikes! I get about 2 a month at most now. (Pixel 2) I do use Hiya also which tells me where those 2 are coming from. At this point I see no need for the Verizon app.

Only my contacts are allowed through at night while I'm asleep. Can't they do the same or is that not possible?

I dont think its possible because they are on-call and various folks might call them but good suggestion... how can one set that normally?

Certain phones have a do not disturb feature that can be set. IPhone and pixel for two. Not sure which others might have it. It's fairly common in flagship devices though.

I just got a spam call that got through.
It's unfortunate that we can't add phone numbers to their database without paying for the luxury.
It should be free since we're helping them do the work.

Not supported on my OnePlus 6T.
Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. -- Daniel Webster

Ok this is not going to be 100 I'm not sure where people get this from. Until Shaken/Stir interoperability gets enabled you're going to still get spam calls.
