    Debit issue on recharge

I have an H20 flip phone on the 90 day $10 plan for a pocket phone and i really liked the number. The quietest number I've ever had on a cell. No spam. Very rare wrong numbers. Went to recharge online and it rejected my debit for alleged wrong security code (the one on back of card). I had the card in front of me. I used it to order something that day. Since no store near me carries H20 i guess that's it for H20 for me. Too bad because it makes a good cheap pocket phone. Just bugs me why the card was rejected. Would have charged by phone but there's a fee if i require a human to assist.

Guess i will continue using AT&T simple rate plan phone for my pocket. It's 25c a minute but i rarely use it, it's a backup.

    Truphone might work for you.
9˘ a minute outgoing calls and free incoming calls.

    Runs on AT&T.

You have buy the SIM card which is $30.

But it comes with $15 airtime on it.
    It doesn't have an expiration.
I've had the same one for several years now and have not called out but have had long incoming calls.

    Incoming texts are free also.
    Texts out are 9˘.

Your phone will have to be unlocked even though Truphone runs on AT&T.

Data is expensive so I never use it on my Truphone line.

did you try clearing your internet cookies and trying again ??
might also try contacting customer service and see if the issue
with your debit card can be straightened out.

I can understand your desire to keep a "quiet" number. I have one parked on Tello paygo as an alternative for my normal GV forwarding number in case I start getting spam on that one.

I would not give up so easily. Remember, H2O wants your business. Chat with customer service.
My smartphone is a lot smarter than I am.

You should be able to port the number if you change carriers.
iPhone X is my current primary phone. I have older model iPhones and Moto phones available on other lines. Currently prepaid, though would consider postpaid on right plan.

My problem is i haven't had a phone on AT&T long enough to unlock it. I've been looking at buying an unlocked moto e4 that has a 5000 mAh battery for about $100 but my phone I'm using now which is an Alcatel Ideal has been on AT&T about 4 months so i may as well keep it going then request an unlock.

I was wondering if i could request an unlock on my ZTE flip which i had the H20 number on. If I'm an AT&T customer using another phone i'd have to request unlock as a customer?

I think you can only request unlocks from ATT for phones bought from ATT.

Can you buy an H2O PIN from CallingMart with your debit card?
