    no funds-still port out?

Yes the issue is going to be that your number needs to be active for the port out to work are you going to a different carrier

If you can not send or receive any calls then your account is not active and can not be ported to another carrier

Nobody said any word was blocked. The debate was getting a little heated. Just saying.

If your funds balance is depleted, AT&T Mobility keeps the number live for sixty days. During that period, you can port the number to another carrier.
