Cricket started selling the Nokia 3.1 Plus. What do you guys think? It's it worth the money? It only has 2GBs of ram. But it's on Android 9.

I have 10 cricket lines. That phone looks ok even with the 2g of ram and might even try ot if it had wifi calling. But its not on the wifi calling list. I recently downgraded from an lg v20 to an lg x charge m327 for an international trip and love it.
If you travel verify the nokia wifi calling. Maybe its just not on the list yet.

I can care less about WiFi calling. I just want it to work without lagging and I want to get all my notifications on time. I'm thinking of getting this phone or the iPhone 6s Plus

The iPhone 6S is a much better choice as the reviews are not kind to the Nokia. They went cheap on the screen resolution (720x1440=268ppi..lame).

The 6s' 750x1334 screen resolution is similar to the Nokia's. The iPhone's ppi is greater, but only because the screen is smaller. I suspect a smaller screen with about the same number of pixels is cheaper, provided all other screen specs are equal.
There are reasons to choose 6s over the Nokia 3.1, like the better camera or a personal preference for iOS, but screen resolution is not one of them.
The Verizon Prepaid Nokia 2.1 was to be 2GB, and the Cricket Nokia 3.1 was to be 3GB.
I read another report when it was announced that said the above, but you are right that people who have bought this on Cricket are now reporting it only has 2GB.

Yeah it's 2GBs. I can't do that in 2019 on Android

Get the iPhone 6s Plus. It's not even debatable. That Nokia is going to be worth about $50 in a year and likely not get any updates.
I own a 6s and it has zero lag with the latest iOS 12.1.4
its not a bad device for a low end phone. does anyone know how to get it unlocked. Would love to use it on [email protected]?? im not sticking with cricket for 6 months. I just bought the 3.1 cant find anyone to unlock it.

One is better off buying a new Nexus 6P for $129. (eBay) as it's still a outstanding phone and unlocked for all US carriers. Been using one for close to two years and it's a beast: excellent camera, hi PPI 5.7" screen, dual front speakers with excellent sound/volume, decent battery, and running 8.1. I much prefer it over my iPhone 7.
