    Boost Mobile Worst CS experience

Worst company ever, tried to Swap my device and the CS NEVER told me if I switch my device I loose my $25.00 plan. She continue with the process and I loose my promo plan. Then I called retention and the inept CS told me that was my fault because CS told me that if I switch my plan I loose my plan, in other word said that I'm a liar. Worst company ever. Don't look here you have better coverage and service with other companies. Be careful if you swap a device in this $25.00 plan from October-November.

I am curious if the phone you swapped to was on the list of qualifying unlocked phones.

We talked about if swapping would cause losing your plan and we were guessing that you might be able to swap to another unlocked phone without losing the promo but if you swapped to a prepaid boost phone you would lose the promo.

I realize this too late. However if you want to swap devices you can do it on the website. I have done this numerous times without issue.

When I tried online the system gave me an error because the iPhone SE was from Verizon. For that reason I called CS. The CS use the same SIM card from the iPhone 6 with my iPhone SE, and never told me about the plan change, until I realize it when I check my account online.

I have always disliked how boost and virgin lock you into your phone so you lose your plan if you swap your phone.

I was locked into my phone on the $25 beyond talk on virgin.

Then switched to the boost $35/30 3 GB plan and got locked into that.

Now I have the $25 boost promo plan and locked into that.
