basic phone suggestion compatible with t-mobile for senior

Hi, I'm here seeking advice on a basic no-frills phone that will give me loud and clear voice quality.

Currently I have the cheap Alcatel Go Flip that is really just utter crap. It freezes, it turns on airplane mode constantly, and the biggest thing is that it doesn't receive calls. When calling, it goes straight to voicemail, as if the phone is off but it isn't. I can't reproduce the symptoms on command but it is more than 50% of the time littered with one of these problems. This is the only phone that T-mobile offers that has a big display and physical keys.

    I'm looking for a phone

    under $100 (preferably)

    loud and clear voice quality

    physical buttons, bigger the better

reliably place and receive phone calls with T-mobile

Is there any phone out there that works well? Brand new preferably so it will be reliable and last a long time.
