Keep repeatedly using the mark the spot app to add coverage issue in any given area. I was told that by tech support.
My friends and family who have ATT we contanstly used it to report a known town with no att site . We also called executive office to provide feedback a few times it worked... early 2020 new site..

Yes, there are a number of ways to check to see where the towers are and map out the signals. Let me know if you run into any problems.

I didn’t know AT&T responded to mark the spot app. I sent in at least 50+ reports for multiple areas and a couple towns that flat out have no service. They never responded back to any of the reports for me

Mark the Spot has worked for me. They should get back to you.
They may not respond if it is repeated reports in an area they are already aware of.

called dallas but now they took the option away to talk to anyone in executive office about wireless accounts. Snail letters only.

I got a response via an app notification, for a report I submitted last December. They said 'resolved', I responded 'nope'. I suspect the reports get auto-resolved regardless of whether anyone did any work or not.

I too would be interested in an accurate method of mapping what tower I am connected to. I have tried OpenSignal - when I pan/zoom around I see there are many cell sites in Puget Sound (I guess they're on buoys :-D ).

Sometimes the term "resolved " means that there is nothing that can be done and the case has been closed.
