Question Did anyone using Chatr get the emergency alert test today?

I have to phones, one is on Rogers (got the alert) and the other is on Chatr (didn't get the alert).

Did other Chatr customers receive or not receive the test alert?

I'm also legacy Mobilicity, don't know if that would make a difference.

Yes. I'm using a BlackBerry Priv, which appears on the list of supported devices.

I also got a proper Chatr SIM card for it following the switchover from Mobilicity.

I know this post is from last year, but in the wake of the Ontario Amber Alert, I thought I'd chime in too.

Did anyone get any of the emergency messages from Chatr? Amber Alerts? Tests? The Tornado message?

My Bell LTE phone have gotten the alerts fine, but the Chatr phone do not. The Chatr phone is LTE-capable, but never connects to LTE on Chatr - it is restricted to only access HSPA.

Since the emergency alerts are sent only to those connected to LTE, does this mean Chatr clients will never get the alerts?

If this is the case, why does Chatr say they are compatible with Alert Ready here: https://www.chatrwireless.com/web/co...cy_service_faq
    Looking forward to Wind LTE!

I can't wait for this to be the norm on wireless!
