I use CallingMart for my T-Mobile refills.
No discount to speak of really, but no sales tax and the refill is delivered instantly if you use RTR which is where you put in your phone number, pay and the refill is delivered directly to your phone.
They do give you 1% back, so every $10 refill gets you 10 cents to use on your next refill.
You have to make an account to do that.

I just use it once a year for my yearly Gold Rewards roll over so I am not chasing down discounts since I only stick $10 per Gold Rewards account.
My state charges sales tax if I buy refills in store, plus an e911 fee.

Callingmart is really the only place. Target offered discounted refills at one point but I haven't seen that since the spring.

Another way is to buy $100 of credit and get a free phone and then sell the phone.

Target has Buy One, Get One 20% off this week. Basically, 10% off, plus 5% RedCard if you have one.

Offer expires Monday 11/26/2018 at 11:59pm PT.

I wish Target sold $10 refills.
None of the Target stores that I can get to do. Even Target online does not.

Since I only top up my Gold Rewards Legacy plans once a year with a $10 refill finding a discount other than CallingMart is rare.

But for my 2 ~ $10 refills I don't worry about it too much anymore.

I see that Kroger sells $10 refills but charge sales tax and the e911 fee and no other discount.

There is currently a promotion at target.com, buy one refill and get the second at 30% off which equals a 15% discount.
