Thumbs down Koodo's new way of getting support

Now the only way to talk to a rep. is to start a chat window and talk to an automated robot to then schedule a call back, and they have always only offered far out time slots. WOW they really went to **** deploying this method to contact a live support agent. Imagine the older crowed they'd be so confused/pissed off and just give up and switch providers. Another fail by Koodo.
They should have never gotten rid of being able to just simply call in to talk to a live agent. Stupidest move ever!

It probably is saving them millions so hardly "the stupidest move ever"

Besides older people do not usually call in; most of them are far happier to go instore and speak to a real live person
