Cloudflare's public DNS has been available since April, but there's been no way to use it with your mobile carrier's data network. That is until now. Available for both Android and iOS, the app allows you to switch your DNS resolver with a single tap, as seen above. So, to summarize, you can (potentially) enjoy lower latency and increased privacy just by switching your DNS. There are other alternative DNS resolvers out there—Google being the notable example—but as of right now Cloudflare's is by far the easiest to use on your mobile device.
