    My Verizon IPhone App not working

    Since the last update the app is stuck on the initial white screen with the spinning wheel. Anyone experiencing the same issue? Had no issue before the update which also coincides with the new prepaid plans rolling out (I’m still on the old plan).

    You might have to uninstall the app and then download it again. I've had apps on both Android and iPhone not work until I did what I suggested.

    I get a message that iphone and sim card are not paired but app gives me most of info. Some app features are not accesible because of message. Funny thing is when i put sim in my note 9 i do not get this message and all app features work. In the online my account, system recognizes both phones by name correctly.

    My Verizon IPhone App not working

    I was using the app on my secondary non-Verizon phone and it worked fine over WiFi and ATT. I reinstalled and no change. Just endlessly trying to connect. Ultimately gives an error about having trouble connecting or that software aborted connection.

    Edit: Started working again. No special action taken but did have to re-verify.
