I added a Kickstart line to my account, with the idea that I would cancel the $60 a month line. The deprioritization is terrible in the Atlanta area. Side by side speed tests on the same tower and same band (41) show 30 mb down on first line and 2 mb down on the Kickstart line. I also have a unlimited tablet line that outperforms the kickstart line.

Deprioritization should occur only above 50 GB, the same as for the paid line.
Maybe one phone has HPUE and the other has not, or has a better radio?
