    gUDP worth keeping anymore?

I am still holding on to my $49.99 Unlimited Data, $34.99 300 min Nationwide, $9.99 1,000 texts (~$88 a month with my employee discount)

    I use anywhere from 20GB to 45GB a month.

I am struggling with if it is worth keeping anymore or not..

I have been using a lot of minutes lately with my new job. To the point of 295 out of 300 and I go over sometimes and have overage fees.

Then I have noticed that my speeds on Fast.com are 4MBPS and Speedtest.net shows 60MBPS+.

My family is on AT&T's Prepaid family plan and looking at AT&T's full speed Unlimited Plan I could get it for about $70 with discounts and tax. It's Fast.com shows speeds of 35MBPS and Speedtest.net 60MBPS+.

So the video is not throttled down like it is on Verizon.

The only downside to AT&T's plan is the data will slow down after 22GB in congested areas.

Basically it seems like I would save money on AT&T and not have my video slowed down. Is it worth giving up the gUDP that I can never get again?

does the online portal at verizon's website show you a metered usage, such as 2.26gb used and 98% remaining
the grandfathered unlimited plan shows it for me, wanted to find out if it is new

in addition, go with the loyalty plan, $49.99 for the data and $15 for the 0 minute plan.
get the prepaid verizon for $30 per month with unlimited talk and text.

They would not let me go with the loyalty plan when I tried recently. Any suggestions for success?

My gUDP on the $15 loyalty plan shows usage / unlimited still.

As far as converting your nationwide plan to loyalty, you'll need to give the rep the plan code. Some reps seem to have no trouble with this, so I'd be really courteous and call back until you get a helpful rep.

My cycle just renewed yesterday. Verizon's website shows 1.00GB used and Unlimited Data remaining.

I'm holding onto one gUDP for my iPad because I use so much Personal Hotspot data, but I switched to the February 2017 UDP for my phone because it was vastly more cost-effective. (Plus the included international features are great for contacting and traveling to Canada.)

AT&T's new unlimited plans throttle video. It's at 480p for the cheap plan, and 1080p for the higher plan. The older Unlimited Plus plan does not throttle video if you can get that one.

    keep trying. plans exists
get the code for it before calling, look for it. call and ask them to apply the code. no need to mention or bring up the words "loyalty plan"
