    Data Offer?

Hey received this bonus data offer. Does it seem good? It seems good to me. Is it something that we add on to the QC plans and have 16GBs or 18GBs of data, or does it get rid of the 6 or 8 and just give both plans 10GBs total?

I just received the offer and decided to take the $15 10GB data add-on for a total of 16GB LTE data (I'm on the $40/6GB PM transfer plan). I especially like that it is an add-on that I can remove at anytime should I not have the need for extra data in the future. Thanks Koodo!

Interesting, I received a different offer - I am on the Public Mobile $40 for 4 gb plan....

Koodo: Hey *, we put together a VERY sweet offer for you. Get 2GB of data for only $10/month, or even awesome-er: 6GB of data for only $15/month! Just reply ADD to add our 2GB promotion or reply DATA to add our limited time 6GB promotion. Offer expires on Aug 29, 2018. You're included on the list for Koodo offers and deals. It seems like a lot of people jumped on board with this offer. A lot of people haven't got the text though....

I have 5 Koodo lines all on the same account $40 4gb plan and only two of them got the above quoted offer (not the 10gb one).

I have two lines, both previously migrated from PM to the 6GB $40 deal. Only one of this two lines got this 10GB offer, so I took it for 16GB $55. I tried sending “DATA’ on the other line to 5192 and got a reply that it did not qualify.

These are the best offers I’ve ever seen. Usually if you take an offer you can never go back to your old plan. With this offer, if it turns out I really can’t make use of those extra 10GB, I can drop the addon and go back to just 6GB for $40.

Yeah you're correct with it being an add on. Probably one of the best offers so far in years with data.

About 8 years ago Rogers had 6GB of data which was 3G and obviously back then it was cheaper because that's when data started becoming big so they didn't realize how big it would become. I was paying $60 which was good back then. I kept it for years and then plans went rediculous since.
