Honestly? It's got to be your connection. I've never had a buffering issue on any media stick unless my connection was sub-par, as in hotels. It's not the sticks.

My connection I guess is fine, no issues while streaming on my Laptop though. How do I fix it?

There could be the issue where the stick is pulling from a CDN from the wrong region- or, and more-exactly, the WiFi connection on the band the stick is using is sub-optimal (your laptop has the entire top case to run an external antenna, whereas the sticks are almost certainly using one that's crammed in the case with everything else, and may not be full-wavelength). The antenna issue, BTW is one of the things the 4K Fire Stick made a priority for, including MIMO antennae.

FireStick is no crap. The amazing features it offers are simply unmatchable.

It's compatibility with Alexa makes it even more charming for cord cutters and streaming fnatics.
Just get your hands on a good VPN service for using with Kodi something mentioned as best VPNs for Kodi https://www.kodivpn.co/ then I think you are all good to go.

I have Rokus and 4K Fire TV Sticks. Both are good devices, but I mostly use my 4k Fire Sticks. I think the fire sticks are a bit more powerful. Alexa is nice for occasional use, search is quite good.
