Unlike many TF Inc. Subs in recent weeks, months now a year+ TF Inc. not showing much love to their TF service customers, especially BYOP.

3.5 is still better than Verizon prepaid which is throttled to 2.0.

Really? How does this have anything to do with Net Neutrality?

T-Mobile was limiting video streaming quality to 480p in 2016 on their T-Mobile One plan. See https://thenextweb.com/opinion/2016/...lete-nonsense/ .

    Please explain.

It depends. If you can, test the streaming speed at fast.com.

I'm seeing right around 4 Mbps on fast.com with TW. It spiked up to 5-6 a couple times. To be fair I noticed this a few weeks ago, but youtube still streams at 1440p no problem for me.

Is there a chance that you're experiencing some kind of tower congestion, causing the video streaming quality to be lowered?

Seems like my location is affected as well on Total Wireless. Speedtest show around 40 Mbps and fast.com show around 3.5 Mbps.

I disagree with the idea that using the data you paid for is in any way "bandwidth abuse". Maybe Rolltide should stick around "Total", and be a wise consumer and use as much data as the plan they purchased allows.

Apples to oranges, but I got 4.8 - 11Mbps on fast.com and 11 - 20 Mbps with speedtest.net with my Net10/AT&T. Watched a video @ 720p without any issues other than some buffering in the beginning.
