10 GB Data for 1 Week Vacation in Toronto

Hey neighbors! The family will be vacationing for a week, from 6/27/18 to 7/4/18. We will land at Montreal airport and travel by car to Toronto . What's the least expensive way to get about 10 GB of data. A hotspot device would be great but a phone would work as well.

It doesn't start explicitly but it does work in Canada and Mexico. At least mine does. You may want to ask before in case they changed the policy.

Back from the trip. FYI -- What I ended up doing was:

1) Buy an unlocked Moto E4 Plus from Bestbuy using their phone+sim kit (cricket)+refill card (cricket) promo. I needed the phone anyway for after the trip to replace an old samsung on Android 4.1. The phone basically ended up costing ~$80-90.
2) Buy a t-mobile number from eBay
3) Signed up with Sprint's 1 year free BYOD by porting in the number and using the Sprint SIM in the E4+.

The Sprint plan has free international text and data (2G/3G), no LTE. But I didn't need the fast speed for Google Maps. It has .10/min voice which is fine since we didn't need the voice. We used google hangout voice calling or viber, etc.

The cost for the Sprint plan is ~$5.50/month and requires AutoPay. A plus is that it includes HotSpot which cricket wants $10/month per line for...which I was going to root a phone and mod the build.prop file ... which stops the auto security monthly updates... now I don't have to. At least it won't be a problem until 11 months from now.

And you know what my Son and my Niece liked best about the WHOLE trip? A 'keep them busy while the adults decide where to eat for dinner' trip to the park where they got to play on the swings.
