Self-Serve - Can't change Plan or Addons "within 14 days" but activated 2 months ago

Anyone having this issue, where on Self-Serve you can't access the change plan or addon pages, stating that you can't change your plan or addons within 14 days of activating? Not even the change number page works.

My account has been active since March, and started a tab a full month ago, so it's definitely not "within 14 days".

Another thing I notice is in the transaction history, it always seems to think I changed my plan today, but the effective date is back in March.
Life moves fast. Don't miss a thing.

I had that problem a while back, and called in to CC, but they couldn't find the glitch in the website code. They made a note on my account I get plan, and add-on changes for free because of it.

It seemed to self-correct a month or two later.
    Un-Rogered, and getting better 'value'.

Hmmm, a few months you said. Did you happen to also do an upgrade or activate before that? I wonder if it's a coding error, they put 90 days freeze instead of the displayed 14 days.

The last change I made was adding the $60 / 10 gig plan back in December.

Hmmm, I emailed them, and just like your situation, they said they made a note on my account to call in, then magically this morning everything started working...

Go figure. At least you can change up on the fly.
