I mentioned this in my magazine unlock thread but given that I see this commonly lamented elsewhere i figured it deserved its own thread.

Many have commented that the supplied Huawei weather app and widget quit working. Seems that some of the optimization and OTA updates kill the location permission. Enabling that allows the weather app to properly function again.
