    Verizon pin payment phone change?

Had been using the Verizon 888-294-6804 dial up number to pay my Verizon hotspot bill for years. But something has changed there.

When I dial up the system should just let me put in my phone number and apply a pin. Now it random disconnects or random never lets me use a pin

Is Verizon getting rid of the pin system to pay bills?

The # at the link posted above, (800) 922-0204, connects to Vzw when I call it.

Automated phone system: Call #PMT from your mobile phone or (800) 922-0204 from any other phone. Follow the prompts to make your payment.
The # you put in your prior post, 800-992-0204, was wrong.
