Three UK: how to activate SIM and top-up account from USA?

Is the SIM still active according to https://new.three.co.uk/account/login#/ ?

i logged in. it says my sim is still active and is free 200megs!
Expires 06/03/22 200megs

and i have 1 cent left on my acct:
Voucher top-up Won't expire £0.01

i just sent a test txt and it worked!
sweet!

Now to try to top up using your paypal link.
then figure out what are the rates when i'm in the UK? if i'm in the EU?

sending that 1 txt msg plus receiving that msg from Three took 23megs data?
i'm down to 177megs free data for this month.
