    They don't always do the auto-renewal on time, so if you manually renew it before it auto-renews, it will roll the data over.

    However, this isn't always true, and I've seen it auto-renews on time frequently. If you want to ensure data rollover, do it 1-3 days early.

    It will still rollover as long as you manually renew before the system auto-renews, which is generally in the early morning day of renewal (though sometimes they are late by a couple hours).

    Spectrum says they aren't blocking anything. Frustrated

    Can you please explain more? What does Spectrum have to do with Tello?

    Thank you for your reply.I'm sorry, I was so frustrated when I wrote this I thought everyone could read my mind.
    Spectrum is my IP. I'm using Typeapp for my email client on my Moto G 2020 cell phone.
    Typeapp and Spectrum tell me they aren't blocking any ports.
    I used to use Straight Talk but switched to Tello a few months ago. (That was a nightmare trying to get Straight Talk to release the port!)

    Are you able to access it on wifi or cell data or neither?

    I have a similar issue when I’m connected to a VPN. I can receive email to my Spectrum address but sending is unsuccessful. However, it works fine over cellular data for me on T-Mobile postpaid with my iPhone. Not sure if anything is different on Tello via T-Mobile.
