The hardware and OS were great. Lack of support by MS, poor marketing (it's Microsoft - you should buy it) were the weaknesses. I'll keep using my 640 until it dies, but if it is replaced by another Windows phone it will be from eBay or Craigslist. All new phone hardware is overpriced.
